Pros: The service was through Fox, so the lady at the counter was lovely, game some good recommendations for places to go and advised us to stay away from toll road, as we didn't get the add on
Cons: The service was through Fox so didn't deal at all with Europcar. It wasn't that easy to find the car in the parking lot, instructions were not good in that regard. The car condition seem to be a lot older than other cars I've hired in the past. Also the side of the car had a big dent in it.
Pros: She really made an effort finding the car type that we booked.
Cons: We were kind of forced to take a bigger car than originally booked. But at the end we think it might be s good thing…
Pros: Nothing really, employees were nice and did they're best I guess, more of a bad company
Cons: First of all it's not actually Europcar but Fox which is known as a bad company but I didn't know about this when booking the car. They gave me a car that had seen 75000 miles, normally they get rid of cars after 30000 miles. They also tried to charge for gas at double the normal gallon price after the rental even though I prepaid for gas at a normal price (on top of the prepaid gas)
Cons: Europcar was fine, but Discover Cars did not make it clear that my car was not full size, or even midsize. I thought I was getting a Toyota Camry, and I had to upgrade to one.
Pros: Affordable and friendly company. Easy to find and picked up car quickly
