Upon arrival at Sea-Tac Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim level and exit the sliding glass doors near carousel number 1 or number 15 and walk to one of the two designated shuttle bus pick up areas.
Shuttle buses depart regularly and will make a short drive to the Rental Car Facility.
Upon arrival at the facility, please proceed to the Fox Rent A Car counter where a representative will assist you.

Pros: The rental agent was superb. The car pick-up staff was very helpful with car problems
Cons: I paid for car with GPS. The first car the GPS did not work. The second car required a navigation app on your phone for it to work. Had I known this I would have installed a navigation app. Most vehicles with navigation systems are built in to the auto and all you have to do is type in your destination. I felt that I paid additional for something that was useless.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device. An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
