Cons: I do like your prepaid gas option with the ability to only have to pay for half of the tank if that's what it's used, but the explanation is a little unclear. I think the wording could be tightened up to explain that basically you get to arch for a full tank if you use more than half a tank and half tank if you use this. It gets confused when the agent explains that you were only being charged $5.40 per gallon, which implies that perhaps you only get charged for the actual number of gallons used

We had to find a different rental car at 12:00 am upon arrival because they didn't care.

Cons: The constant upselling is a massive pain to deal with. You have to listen to every question very carefully, as they use fear tactics to get you to upgrade. For instance, they deliberately try to lead you to believe that your own premium bumper-to-bumper auto insurance will not be applicable in their state - which, of course, isn't true at all. But they try to phrase things to get you to think that.

Pros: Fairly straightforward once I got to the agent Desk. You really have to stop upsell though. All I wanted was the car that I booked. It seems to be a system that wants you to upgrade, or pay for a full tank of gas in advance, or buy a good to go pass. I always upsell. Really not very attractive.

Cons: There is one very overworked agent in an extremely long line. It took about an hour before she was able to get some assistance to help her. Getting a rental car should never be this much of a hassle or this stressful or take this long. Agent was excellent. But a really flawed system that would subject customers to such a long wait, and subject the poor agent to all that work all on her own.

Cons: Very long wait time to pick up car. About 1 hour waiting in line. This was largely due to the fact that each transaction took a long time. About 15 to 20 minutes per rental. Also I didn't appreciate the aggressive upselling tactics of the representatives. These likely contributed to the wait dragging out the rental process of those in front of me.

Cons: I paid for car with GPS. The first car the GPS did not work. The second car required a navigation app on your phone for it to work. Had I known this I would have installed a navigation app. Most vehicles with navigation systems are built in to the auto and all you have to do is type in your destination. I felt that I paid additional for something that was useless.
