You can walk to our location about 10 minutes from baggage claim or call our office at 206-922-3713 if you have questions . Walking instructions from baggage claim: Go up one level using the escalators, cross the sky bridge into the parking garage. Follow signs for Link Light Rail. Once at Link Light Rail cross another sky bridge going over International Boulevard. Take the elevator to the bottom floor than walk along the side walk to the back side of the SureStay by Best Western Hotel to our office.

Pros: Terrible

Cons: Called the “office” 8x and no one would answer. When someone did answer I was told I needed to wait 20 mins for someone to come get me from the rental car lot since this is off site. I did not want to book off site.

Pros: When we picked up the car, they were very patient with us as we went over the paperwork, added a driver and used their bathroom. A little odd that their primary name was different than the one I saw online and that they were in a different area than the other car rental agencies, but they had a shuttle to bring us from the main rental offices to theirs, so no initial issues.

Cons: When we dropped off the car, we got there 20min before 9am and the sign on the door said they were closed until 9am and there was a $45 fee for dropping off a car while they were closed! When the agent arrived to open a few minutes before 9, he said we had to wait 10min! He also told us the bathroom was employees only, not for paying customers! They didn't trust him with a gas card, and the shuttle van was too low to bring us back so we would need to find other transportation! Uber to airport

Pros: The price was cheap

Cons: The car had a crack windshield,, the engine service light was on and the low tire pressure light came on although the pressure t the gas station was OK.

Pros: Nothing. I will never rent from them. They use a fake name (Nextcar). Their real name is Rent-a-Wreck, so new customers can't read their awful service and reviews online.
