Pass the car rental counters to the end of the last parking lot across from the building. Look for the Shuttle area with the Car Rental name signs. We will shuttle you to our office 2 minutes away. Please include your flight details when you book your car so we can meet you. Pros: Value for money. Limited vans that I could find so NUCarrentals was a great choice. Very professional.
Cons: Confusing as to who actually is the car rental company. Discover Cars different than NUCarrentals which was different than the local business name.

Cons: No proactive communication from agency although I had given my flight number. It was when we called and asked for pickup that the agency came to the airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 255.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.

Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
