When in the arrival hall, please walk to your right to the end of the building. On the other side of the road, you will find the bus stop marked 'Car Rental Shuttle Pick Up'. From there, the Europcar
shuttle bus will take you to the Europcar office

Pros: Friendly and fast service
Cons: Rental car needed service but they rented it out to us anyway. Low tire pressure was on, the agent said it was always on and to ignore! We had to put air in the tire as the pressure was low. Engine service and oil change light lit up at the beginning of our rental period.

Cons: The guy that dropped us back off at the airport seemed like he was inconvenienced. He was not friendly.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
