Cons: Na realidade a Boric car ´representa tambem a ACE, eu já tinha alugado um carro em Saint Martin com a ACE e naquela oportunidade me entregaram um carro velho e sem condiçoes de locação, quando cheguei na Boric e vi que se tratava de ACE tambem, já fiquei preocupado, o carro que me entregaram era bem melhor que o de Saint Martin, mas por se tratar de carro de locadora o carro era velho e não tinha trava de portas e vidros eletrico.

Pros: The agent checking us in was thorough and went through the vehicle inspection with us.

Cons: The drop off took nearly 30 minutes, which should be at most 10. One agent began to inspect the car, and then turned it over to another. She inspected our photos taken at pickup claiming they had not accounted for an obvious mark. This request was completely ridiculous as the car was given to us with scratches and dings all of over. Their rental agreement also documented the issues. It would be understandable had we been given a car in pristine condition. I would never use this service again.

Cons: It is hard to find the location of where you are picked up. While fast after placing two calls, it takes too long. Once at Boric, it went fast for car pick up.

Pros: Nothing at all. This place should pack up, there is no pride in their business. Car was dirty and unsafe

Cons: The service, the car, everything was bad. Dirtiest car going and then they tell you if the seats are wet you get fined. It would have done the car a favour.

Cons: they refused to provide the car for non-english driver license with translation document. but Avis accept after they refused. if you are from a non-english country, be careful with this local car rental company.

Pros: Check out service and return of vehicle was smooth and efficient and we were shuttled immediately to the airport once finished.

Cons: Upon arrival at the airport we had to wait in the hot sun for an hour before a shuttle came and picked up and fellow renters up. While we stood and waited other rental companies picked up their customers and returned three to four times. We had to call the rental company and other customers had already called as well and had been waiting longer than us.

Pros: No one was at the airport when we landed. We had to call and wait over 30 minutes to be picked up. 12 person van we ordered was not available supposedly was in an accident the day before. Ended with an older 12 person van that they were no longer renting out as the air conditioning was inconsistent. Air conditioning was not inconsistent it was only in the front two vents. No side opening windows. Day after we rented …the van had a flat tire.

Cons: There were many warning lights on the dashboard (master warning light, low tire pressure warning light, seat belt and airbag warning lights), and during our rental period we began getting an electronic key warning flashing as well. The agency assured us that it was just the sensors that needed to be replaced. The fact that these sensors were all faulty led us to believe the car was not being well maintained, which also made us wonder if we were safe in it. i.e. Do airbags work?

Cons: The car I got was already well driven, the driver's seat was torn and all the seats were already stained. This is important to note when picking up the car. But it served us really well.

Cons: I arrive to the airport late and was very difficult to find the stop where needs to wait for the shuttle because the name is fade by the time. Also the time that have to wait on the shuttle stop with a very hot temperature.

I thought for sure the car would break down on us during our trip. This car needs to be retired from their fleet.

Pros: Checking in for the rental was an average experience. However, clearly describing the state and gas levels required before dropping the vehicle off needs to be clearer.

Cons: Boric car rental was a decent rental company until it’s time to return your vehicle. I returned my vehicle shortly after filling it up with gas. Now since the tank was full when I rented it, it’s nearly impossible to return it at completely full level. I assumed they would just charge me for the few litters needed to get it completely full however they charged me $28.00 USD (which is about the cost me to fill a full tank). I am a fair person, but charging a full tanks is ridiculous!

Pros: Vriendelijkheid van alle medewerkers. Het enige minpunt was dat de balie van dit autoverhuurbedrijf niet goed is aangegeven. De halte is achteraf op een parkeerplaats en dan moet je zelf bellen of ze je op komen halen. Na een lange reis is dit wel een tegenvaller en onnodig lang wachten.

Pros: Efficiënt pickup, airconditioning in office, seats to wait in, customer oriented.

Cons: The rental was in USD, my bank card did not accept any other currency than USD and they changed currency to be paid into NAFL making my payment card unusefull. Furthermore it was not possible to provide deposit by wire transfer and reimburse it after the rental. I had to use my company credit card to provide deposit which I had hoped to prevent. But I had no other choice else I'd had to accept being reimbursed a huge cash amount in NAFL which I am unable to spend at the end of my vacation.

Toen reageerde zij geïrriteerd. - Auto was niet schoon van binnen. -Ruitenwissers werkte niet -knipperlicht werkte niet -autosleutel reageerde niet.

We asked to extend our rental by one day and an agent said that was fine but we had to exchange the car, then we came to exchange and they said it wasn't necessary. Also, trunk was broken when we received the car. Agent said she would contact us and send someone with a new car the next day and she never did. Also, check out time was agreed on noon, but we got messages saying we were late at 10:30 because agents forgot to change paperwork.
