Upon arrival please proceed to the South end of the Passenger Terminal Building which can be accessed by the Commercial lane and call 001 613 523 3003 for shuttle pick up. You may call from the Ground Transportation Information Desk located at the center of the Arrivals Floor by the middle exit doors if a phone is needed.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Upfront payment, $1000 hold on my card, car had ABSOLUTELY NO GAS, told me there was nothing they could do with my cancelled reservation through CARHIRE. Overall, super low level of professionalism, too much slang and very poor communication. I want my refund from car hire as stated above.
