Pros: A reasonable car at a slightly lower price
Cons: Some distance from the airport. A shuttle bus is required. The majors are a short walk from the Ottawa terminal. The service was provided by Routes on behalf of Europcar
Pros: Loved the car I rented. Staff is super friendly. A little confusion about where to get the shuttle bus. Flight was late so the original car rented was gone but they upgraded me at no extra charge. Most definitely will rent again from them when I return.
