Pros: Very quick service, I was picked up the airport and within 15 minutes was underway with the car. On returning the car we parked it at our hotel and they came and picked up the car from there.

Pros: This is clearly a company focused on customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the bespoke service provided. No request was too much.

Cons: The car was clean, tidy, well equipped and well presented for older vehicles with minimal damage, but felt it needed some mechanical attention (suspension).

Pros: Cheap, fast and easy checkout of vehicle. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: It was easy to book online, easy pick up and drop off process.

Cons: Disappointed with the car. The electricals had some issue and car went flat in the middle of nowhere. A local person helped us. On our last day it did that everything the car was turned off. We had to open the bonnet, fix the wires while someone else started the car to keep it going. The staff knew of the issue and lent it anyway, no warning and no apology. The interiors was pretty dirty.

Cons: One of the tires was nearly bald and wouldn't have passed a safety inspection in most countries. One other tire was well worn but the rest of the car was good (apart from Japanese language stereo).

Pros: NCH Rental staff and service were amazing from start to finish. Car drop to hotel was offered and done without hassle and they collect car from my final hotel at the end of Rental. Great communication by email and Whatsapp. Would definitely used again when I'm next in Fiji.

The initial car I got had some inconvenience and wasn’t suitable for my requirements, the agency went out of the way to change the car for me, they even sent their staff to exchange the car at some midpoint which was 1.5 hours drive for them. Absolutely impressed

The car had been repaired so many times when you put the car in reverse the beeping of the rear sensors was constantly on. Not to mention the car’s audio system was in Japanese and could not be changed to English - no English SD card installed. 1/2 tank of fuel on collection

Pros: The staff was friendly and the whole process was smooth. The problem was that the electronic key was running out of battery and I had to get it fixed along the way and the rear tire was slightly punctured from the beginning and needed to be pumped daily as it was losing pressure.

Cons: Not sure who I was looking for- looking for discovery cars instead of nch so it wasn’t clear who would be waiting. If I didn’t my son in law who is Fijian we would’ve been waiting for ages. Both myself and the agent couldn’t get the inside lights to work which is frustrating when it’s dark. Dropping off the car was a mission- and not sure who we were dropping off to so this could be clarified better or have a sign with nch would’ve been helpful- thankfully it was the same guy.

Pros: Although it was difficult, at first, to find the rental agent at Nadi Airport, once we connected the service was brilliant and formalities completed very quickly. It was even better on the return, with the agent right there and formalities completed in the time it took to unload our bags. Brilliant!
