NCH Rentals at Nadi Airport

Pros: They were quick in responding. Met at the required area and pickup and drop off was in a timely manner. Communication was superb.

Cons: The windscreen wiper liquid container had leak as we refilled a few times. The windscreen had sticker residue on it which made it difficult to see out of during bad weather. There were ants in the car. Could have used a navigation system.

Pros: The service was excellent from Epi - Easy and quick pick up and drop off & time confirmation messages. Easy booking and follow up emails.

Cons: There was no explanation of how to use GPS which we needed - it was all in Korean which we couldn't understand, and we couldn't make it wprk.

Pros: They were very professional and friendly and informative I would definitely recommend to my family and friends and anyone traveling to Fiji, NCH are a Great Company.

Pros: Meet & greet There was no one there & i had to wait for awhiile. The whole pick up process was tiring due to the waiting. Also I had to pay for parking fee. The drop off.was the WORSE EXPERIENCE ii ever experienced. I filled up the car day before and cost me $84. I used up only 1 bar of petrol when ii returned the car back and the guy said it have to pay $60. Sounds like a scam if you asked me. My sister went to get her card returned back the guy wasn't there.he disappeared & we wunning out out

Cons: Time. Waited for awhile until a different guy showed up & this time he said no card only cash. Again had to go back & get cash out & he said + $7 car park . I can keep going about the worse & dodgy experience we ever dealt with on rentalcars. Never in my many times experienced this

The team even paid for the car park fee upon arrival for me. And when I dropped off the car the team was already there waiting with a bright smile. The car itself was great. A lot of space and really good on gas. It was perfect for our trip.

Cons: Disappointed with the car. The electricals had some issue and car went flat in the middle of nowhere. A local person helped us. On our last day it did that everything the car was turned off. We had to open the bonnet, fix the wires while someone else started the car to keep it going. The staff knew of the issue and lent it anyway, no warning and no apology. The interiors was pretty dirty.

Cons: Not sure who I was looking for- looking for discovery cars instead of nch so it wasn’t clear who would be waiting. If I didn’t my son in law who is Fijian we would’ve been waiting for ages. Both myself and the agent couldn’t get the inside lights to work which is frustrating when it’s dark. Dropping off the car was a mission- and not sure who we were dropping off to so this could be clarified better or have a sign with nch would’ve been helpful- thankfully it was the same guy.

Pros: Although it was difficult, at first, to find the rental agent at Nadi Airport, once we connected the service was brilliant and formalities completed very quickly. It was even better on the return, with the agent right there and formalities completed in the time it took to unload our bags. Brilliant!
