Pros: We had a minor technical problem which we discovered before departing Nadi City for Suva City. I contacted NCH Rentals and rather than delay our trip any further, they issued us with another vehicle. Needless to say, the replacement vehicle performed as expected and we were able to make the trip (and return) with no problems.

Cons: Disappointed with the car. The electricals had some issue and car went flat in the middle of nowhere. A local person helped us. On our last day it did that everything the car was turned off. We had to open the bonnet, fix the wires while someone else started the car to keep it going. The staff knew of the issue and lent it anyway, no warning and no apology. The interiors was pretty dirty.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the whole process was smooth. The problem was that the electronic key was running out of battery and I had to get it fixed along the way and the rear tire was slightly punctured from the beginning and needed to be pumped daily as it was losing pressure.

Cons: It was supposed to be another brand (Subaru) but I was happy with the replacement (RAV4)

Pros: The representative that met us in the airport car park was very professional and courteous..

Cons: The option to pay at pick up was meet by an additional 3% merchant fee.

Pros: NCH provided a great service- they were waiting for us when we got off the plane, very helpful friendly staff.

Cons: The infant seat was not secure, but NCH replaced with a child seat quickly- much appreciated.

Cons: Picking up and dropping off car in parking lot with no difinitive area to go to.
