Pros: We had a minor technical problem which we discovered before departing Nadi City for Suva City. I contacted NCH Rentals and rather than delay our trip any further, they issued us with another vehicle. Needless to say, the replacement vehicle performed as expected and we were able to make the trip (and return) with no problems.

Cons: Disappointed with the car. The electricals had some issue and car went flat in the middle of nowhere. A local person helped us. On our last day it did that everything the car was turned off. We had to open the bonnet, fix the wires while someone else started the car to keep it going. The staff knew of the issue and lent it anyway, no warning and no apology. The interiors was pretty dirty.

Pros: Dropped car off early to our resort at no extra charge and was completely understanding when we had to leave car at the airport (unplanned) due to an unexpected and urgent change or circumstance.

Cons: Highly recommend

Cons: Car was old. Petrol gauge was faulty & was not full of petrol when delivered.
