Cons: There was a disagreement with them. When we returned the car, we were 100% sure we did not have any incident happen with the car. But they found in the boot of the car, there were a few dents. We still believe those were not on us. But they said the insurance was fully covered the cost. So I did not mind paying the fee upfront. They said they would organise the insurance claim and I did not need to do anything. Otherwise, I would give them a 5 Start without any hesitation.

But No sooner I realized that dates were wrong I called Ambala about two week prior and requested to keep the car without giving it to someone or cancel it. I told them that I won't claim the day I am going to loose and I only wanted from 8th May to 9th May. I sent few whatsapp messages and Over the phone they agreed to keep the car until .

At the end Airport officials called Ambala and strightaway they answered and told the booking is already cancelled by Discovercars. Cons: we faced service issues on dash display that car needed maintenance - oil service etc, something we were not comfortable with at all. When we contacted the agent, Amit, via text, he said that it was just a mileage issue, warranting an oil service etc. Though we appreciate his prompt response, we were not comfortable with that display. We expect some sort of discount for that. Both agents (pick-up/drop off) dismissed the display issues quickly saying it was a regular thing.

The paperwork and transaction happens in the Airport carpark which doesn't fill you with confidence, and the carpark fee has to be paid by the driver. Maybe this is "Fiji-style" car rental but there were a lot of rental cars we saw on our trip that were much nicer, and not just those of the big multinational firms.

Pros: Great service Was always there when we contacted them, especially when our flight delays, I will definitely use this rental on my next trip to Fiji

Pros: They actually dropped my car to my hotel which was amazing. When I dropped the car back to the airport they were there within minutes to take the keys so I could get into the airport for my flight.

Cons: Not much to not like. If I had to kick something it’s that they implied the tyres were new and should not have any issues, but the tyres certainly were not new (not terrible but far from new) so I was paranoid the whole week about a tyre blowing and having to sort it out.

Pros: Very efficient, it was a bit of a hoha when I picked up the car…but that was from my end..I really acknowledge the service provided..because there was communication breakdown (from my end) but they still manage to wait for me ,probably 2hrs later,which I thought that they have gone…anyways thanks soooo much…really appreciate it❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The staff were at the airport to walk us to the car and do payment and paperwork. The same for drop off.

Pros: Great service, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and nothing was an issue , we requested a last minute extension which was approved immediately and hassle free.

Cons: Having to pay if there was damage done even though I got full insurance. We we not told the car company on the other side would have a different name so we couldn’t find them for the pick up. There was a lot of damage on the car so I took photos.

Cons: The car we were given was old, not very well maintained and filthy, the car played up after 3 days. We contacted the company and were told to drive back to Nadi to exchange the car, I was very nervous to drive over 45 minutes in a car that kept misfiring, not surprised given the engine was filthy and should not be given to customers , we were given a newer car for our last day. Our drop off time for the car was 5pm, waited for over a hour for someone to collect, hardly any communication.

Pros: Easy online booking and pick up. Great communication as our flight was delayed but company rep was waiting for us. Friendly people.

Cons: The aircon/ ventilation or car upholstery smelled like cigarette smoke so could probably be cleaned before re-renting. We kept the windows down. That was the only downside but otherwise a great little car.

Pros: Excellent service and friendly staff. Prompt delivery and pick-up. Car had sun-roof!
