Pros: Hired audi a3 but they gave us a skoda rapid with manuel rear windows

Cons: On the Paper is written i have to pay 10 Euros if i want to go from Germany to Netherlands, i had to pay 20 Euros. The Car was a Skoda Rapid, thats not the Same class as an Audi A3 at all. The Mr. On the desk was bored and not really speakable. Next time i'll choose Europcar again, it was my false.
Cons: There was not any terms that interrent will keep car for 1 hour more from the scheduled time. when i arrived to the desk (which I almost can't see Logo) he told me they've rent car to someone else. But in any case they ve changed the car with upper class.
