Cons: Pick up: no rental contract was given, i was supposed to receive it during the morning but nothing. I had to contact them again and insist for it. Service kind but very slow. Drop off: i've been asked to pay for car washing (the car had normal dust on it no heavy dirty) first time in my car rental experience!. This fee was not stated in the contract and not mentioned (or not clearly) at the pick up moment. Small feedback but umpleasant and unfair request.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1005.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
