Pros: What I liked about GreenMotion is that, once we were in contact with the team, they were professional and polite.

Cons: The arrival experience was disappointing: there was no representative waiting for us as noted in the agreement. Instead, an email was sent telling us to contact them — but after a long flight, nobody is realistically checking emails. This left us waiting for around 1 hour. Also, the fuel level was only about 3/4, which was a first for me with a rental. I had to ask what the process was, as I would normally expect the car to be provided with a full tank (and returned full).

Pros: The car was super new

Cons: Pick up: no rental contract was given, i was supposed to receive it during the morning but nothing. I had to contact them again and insist for it. Service kind but very slow. Drop off: i've been asked to pay for car washing (the car had normal dust on it no heavy dirty) first time in my car rental experience!. This fee was not stated in the contract and not mentioned (or not clearly) at the pick up moment. Small feedback but umpleasant and unfair request.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1025.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, Roman, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
