Europcar at Muscat Airport

Cons: Connecting mobile phone to navigation-system at the beginning was somehow complicated.

Pros: The process was seamless. From booking online, to finding the desk at the airport, car pick up and car condition. We had no hiccups or had to wait for long anywhere. The team kept us informed about the procedure clearly. Special mention to Turkiya at the Europcar, Muscat International Airport desk - she was amazing!

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: The were keen to explain the contract T&C before getting it signed and offer all options

Cons: Easy car receiving and speedy return which is very important , also they don’t require car to be washed immediately before returning

Cons: Car although new had an issue with acceleration and impossible to handle the mountains - I kept complaining for days and the stuff wouldn’t take my complaint seriously nor care about my planned journeys in the mountains and desert

Cons: I’d like to share two negative issues; the first is that there is no navigation in the vehicle, the second is that there is a driver's fee difference for drivers over the age of 70 (because some rent-a-cars do not charge this)

Cons: I went to the airport with concern about a flat tire light, but the agent suggested it was normal and a fuse that was bad. I was concerned as a female solo traveler as I was about to use the car to go on a road trip to mountains and was worried that I would be stuck.

Cons: The cleanliness of the car could not be faulted. However the technical aspects of the car provided was adequate. (high pitch whistling from air vents when in cross winds) and certainly not as good value as - and not as good as previous vehicles hired from this location

Cons: They charged me more than was on my Booking voucher. I was only supposed to pay $282.97 at the counter, but they ended up charging me $296.40. Price was different than what was on my voucher and I didn't find out until I checked my credit card later.
