Cons: Apple CarPlay was supposed to work, but didn’t. Car was really slow, and service date was near. The worst thing was: there were no car id card i the car. So we couldn’t cross the border like we had planned. So we lost a whole day and didn’t get any compensation what so ever.

Cons: Provided a Chevrolet Traverse as a similar vehicle to the Toyota Prado booked which is not as capable on desert sand

Pros: We appreciate the upgrade from a Kia Sportage to a Toyota Fortuner from Alamo, however the car given to us is not a 4x4 or AWD which we have booked for. Furthermore, the car is underpower and feels like not moving when going up hill.

Pros: Enterprise and Alamo provided a very professional service. My reservation was well handled, making the vehicle pickup quick and smooth. The staff in charge of handing over the keys were also very friendly.

Cons: This is not related to the agency, but the signage for the vehicle return parking is poorly designed and confusing.

Pros: I was very impressed by the willingness of the staff at the Enterprise desk to assist us with a booking issue. They were very friendly and efficient - a perfect combination.

Pros: Inform upfront that the car need to be clean from customer side and that it cost a lot when the normal car wash needs to be done by the company.

Cons: More and better information a out the rent conditions. Some of them were not clear and cost us additional 300 dollars.

Cons: Service level could be better. We got a car with a key problem and could not start it on the second day of our rental. It took hours and four calls to the rental office until we got an exchange car. The second car was ok. Not very clean, but I guess, Alamo does not invest in cleaning cars and part of the contract is, that the customers need to clean the cars before returning them.

Cons: Car had a very minor paint chip near the boot lid. They charged me the full access of £310 for this. Secondly the number plate was not registered. As a result I could not pay for parking as it was invalid. When I explained this to the employee when returning the car, he was adamant that I would be at fault for any tickets. How can I be at fault when I have proof of trying to make payment. Shocking! I will be making a claim as I was lucky enough to take out extra cover when booking the car.

Pros: Ended up paying twice for insurance. Once online and once on the kiosk. Other than that, great experience with the car. Car is was clean and very well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Pros: Very rude and attempting to sell multiple options on arrival in Muscat, a very frightening and un professional experience totally unexpected in a country like Oman.

Cons: Tried very hard to duplicate charges paid in the UK. Didn't receive the critical Sat Navigation we needed in a foreign country, driving on the opposite side of the road for the first time!

Cons: They don't answer any of their phone numbers; when you finally find them they say the phone was 'on silent.' They con you into leaving a massive additional deposit that they then never return despite promises that they will.

Cons: Safety issues around tyre pressure gauge not working and showing hazard lights on all the time. Car provided dirty as hadn't been cleaned between rentals with rubbish inside. No water in the windscreen wipers and damaged undercarriage.
