Pros: Smooth transaction, reasonable price (via Discover Cars - they have higher price in case of direct contact)
Cons: Сar body was covered in dents, but, it's not a deal breaker in my case.

Cons: I didn't get a car as one of my credit cards was expiring in 4 months and the othe one had only initials instead of full name so I was left without a transport 120km from my destination. Horrible service. Never again.

Pros: Car had low mileage and was reasonably new.
Cons: (1) my passport and driving license are in my maiden and married names, this was used by the sales person to increase my rental price (2) car return was not flexible, I had to reschedule my flight and asked for a different return arrangement. This was ignored and I spend 3 hours to return car at the airport and take public transport back to the city (3) car was dirty inside.

Cons: They charge 30 euro when you give the car back outside opening hours. So leaving the key in a key box instead of giving it to an agent costs you 30 euro. First time I see that with a rental company. Sorry, that's just a way to rob customers. The car I rent was dirty inside with a trash bag in the trunk, obviously no cleaning between customers. Not acceptable during a pandemic. Will not use their service anymore.

A young driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 24.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 70 to 99.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver's full first and last name must be on the credit card without abbreviations.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.12 until 20.03) Winter tires are included in price.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
