Our office is located inside the terminal, on the mezzanine, Ist floor. While leaving the departures it is located above your back, turn left to find the stairs. From the stairs turn left. Our desk, shared with Global Company. Parking P1 in front of the Terminal, first line from the entrance to the parking. Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Everything, vehicle I received was in poor condition, service light on, car kept pulling to one side, had lots an lots of scratches, marks etc. Just terrible experience. Vehicle was very difficult to locate, somewhere on the car park outside the airport.

At the desk they said we need to have a full first name on the Credit Card which is not mentioned in the contract. Company next door said it is not a law based requirement, so they don't ask for that. Avoid this company.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 72 hours before the pick up date.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas. Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
