Pros: The Car itself was great. The Drop Off was very efficient and fast.
Cons: I didn't like that I was asked to wash the car by myself or to pay an extra charge for that before returning it. When I booked the car on their website, that wasn't mentioned. It's vacation. Don't really want to spend time with car washing or pay in addition for it. I had the feeling that the car rental agency on site was trying to rip me off.
