Pros: Pickup was pretty efficient with desk agent but car delivery process lacked some communication as we waited for our van with no understanding of how much time it would take
Cons: Return process was bad. No signs at airport, no clear instructions on where or how to enter lot, employees were not helpful where I returned van and ignored me. I had to look for someone to help me and check the van

Pros: I liked the 'pay for a tank' and don't worry about filling it. However, I only used a half a tank so I feel like also, I was ripped off.
Cons: I paid for a Volkswagon Tiguan which is a certain size and was given a Nissan Kick, which was not adequate for the roads I was travelling and a much smaller, less beefy car. I feel ripped off. I also didn't care for the last minute 'in Mexico you have to pay liability insurance' - this seemed like a lie because that should show up when you book if it is law. You need a sign inside the airport, i was hassled by several people trying to get me to book other stuff which wasted a half hour.

Cons: they charge you a lot if you dont use a credit card and you need that money when you are traveling... and then it takes 4 days for them to reimburse...

Pros: To be honest, there was nothing I liked about Firefly's service
Cons: Miserable service. Their emergency hotline never answer when we needed clarification, the contract had a different return hour than the actual one and the company insisted on charging an extra day and its been 4 days since the end of the trip and they still wont return our deposit. Attitude from staff at the airport is terrible. And most importantly, we never really felt safe on the road in case anything happened.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
