Pros: Europcar have some great Customer Service representatives, always helpful often offering advice above & beyond.
Cons: Luton Airport car pick up was a little confusing and away from the airport. The drop off at Heathrow was a little disappointing as there were no nearby gas stations to fill up before return after exiting the M25

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1955.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, boarding pass in order to pick up the car.
Residents of the following country(ies): Non-UK are required to present the following document(s): valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, boarding pass in order to pick up the car.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
