Pros: It was top notch from start to finish, speedy processing at the pick up desk, good explanation of the agreement. And drop off couldn't have been better, super fast, polite and helpful, (sorry I didn't catch your name) even helped me figure out where I needed to go in the airport. Highly recommended.

Cons: I got a small ding on my driver door in a carpark, (it turned out to be too small to worry about!), the reporting system is a bit slow, I had to speak to two people and then someone will be calling me next week too! I would suggest you get your representatives to ask for a measurement of the ding or dent. Mine was less than a 5p piece size, and if you'd known that, you wouldn't have proceeded with the call! But staff on the phone were lovely, even if I was a bit stressed.

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2010.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Rate excludes

The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee. The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), ID with photo. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
