Cons: The did not inspect the car with me the comfirm the conditionof the car before I left. They charged me £101 to fill the car after I returned it 1/4 full. Thats a rip off. They charged me £27 because I had exceeded the mileage allowance by 90 mile. Thats also a rip off. There was an accident on the M1 which caused grid lock on the roads and meant I hadn't time to fill up.

Cons: Their terminal wasn't working with my credit card, despite the card working before and after and having contacted my bank. This meant they charged me an additional £200, practically doubling the cost, so I could use a debit card.

Cons: Car came with slightly under half a tank of fuel. When I returned it at 3/4 full there was no form of reimbursement, credit or discount voucher. Full tank return is much easier to judge. Very disappointed as if I'd returned it with less you'd have charged me £2.50 / L to fill it to half. I did not charge you guys anything for the free 1/4 tank.

Cons: i spent a lot of money on extra insurance yet when i got there it turned out that was useless and i had to add a couple of hundred pounds to make sure i had complete cover up front. that was very very disappointing!!!

Cons: As mentioned above realized I was upload something which didn't need to happen need to look into this as I'm not sure that's compliment as business. Also I received no notification to say I've dropped the car off and time etc.

Pros: Very competitive price, it was a lot less than anywhere else I could find. It is very easy and simple to extend the rental period using their website. I got a bigger car than what I originally booked and paid for.

Cons: They charged me about the same amount for adding second driver as the cost of the whole rental. One of the tyres was already damaged when I received the car, got puncture on same tyre as I was returning car and was charged £250 for that.

Pros: It was all very easy from start to finish, the car I had was perfect for me. I did have a problem with my gps and was told I could swap the car, but luckily someone sorted this out for me by going to the settings so I did not need to change the car.

Pros: The car was riddled with damage that the employee already admitted to either knowing about or arranged for another staff member to damage the vehicle themselves prior to the next customer renting it in an attempt to retain the deposit by blaming the customer for the damage.

Cons: Attempted theft and, in this case, attempted fraud with intent are serious crimes in this country and Drivalia seems to be exercising these crimes regularly. I will be consulting with the police and CPS to investigate this matter further.

Cons: Drivalia asked me to pay 100 pounds additional insurance which I was forced to pay otherwise they would not deliver the car. It was late in the evening and I wanted to get the car to go to my hotel and they took advantage of my shortage of time to ask me to pay for their insurance although I had paid the full coverage to DicoverCars.
