Pros: Slow pick up and even slower drop off. Otherwise, fine.

Cons: Pick up was slow because the agent was new and inexperienced and had to constantly check questions with a colleague. Drop off was slower!

Pros: Pick up close to the airport. The car was relatively new. Easy drop off.

Cons: The was not the one we booked few months in advance. We booked 2 seater van Renault Kangoo or similar in diesel we get Peugeot 208 in petrol. When we asked for the reason the agent advised that they don't have any vans available. The insurance quoted by the agent was €35 per day which was more than the cost of the rental itself. On car collection we were also advised that €500 is deposit we have to leave but if the car is damaged we have to pay €1500 for insurance excess.

Pros: Most spoke good English.

Cons: I had to wait 30 minutes in the queue when I returned the car and then they had the gall to tell me they were charging me for an extra day due to returning it late. I was actually early but the queue made it late. In the end they didn’t charge me.

Pros: Not much

Cons: Our flight arrived at 12:20 only then did we discover the desk was closed between 12 and 2pm. There was a problem with a noise from the front wheel that caused concern but when we tried calling the helpline the number was not in use. We ended up driving the car and worrying for days. On return the desk was again closed, this time all day. Not a great experience: won’t repeat it.

Pros: Enterprise rep apologetically informed us that our seven-seater car had been involved in an accident earlier and a colleague was coming from Toulouse with a replacement, so we had a 45 minute wait. Not the company’s fault and we were given a reduction on the booking cost. Rep had flawless English too.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, train ticket.
In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 31.03 in the following regions: Ain, Allier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Ardeche, Ariege, Aude, Aveyron, Cantal, Doubs, Drome, Haute-Garonne, Isere, Jura, Loire, Haute-Loire, Lozere, Moselle, Puy-de-Dome, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Pyrénées-Orientales, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Rhone, Haute-Saone, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Tarn, Var, Vaucluse, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
