Pros: There was no hard sell for the extra cover when I picked the car up. I was asked if I wanted it, I said no and that was the end of the conversation.
Cons: I dropped the car off out of hours which was simple enough and I was told I would receive an email saying they had inspected my car and released the hold in my credit card. 4 days later I’m still waiting for the email and have had to chase it up.
Pros: Friendly, fast, no lengthy queues, too account of our needs
Cons: The car paintwork and exterior condition wasn't great, so all week I was worrying that we might be blamed for something that didn't happen during our hire but that happened previously.

Cons: Auto nuova, ma con il computer di bordo che ha segnalato da subito che occorreva fare il tagliando, alternato al segnale che mancava l'olio motore. E alla consegna dell'auto non siamo potuti andare via fino a quando l'auto non è stata controllata minuziosamente, nonostante avessimo pagato 250 euro in più per una assicurazione totale per 7 giorni. Non molto piacevole e prima volta che capitava in tanti anni di noleggio auto.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
