Cons: Auto nuova, ma con il computer di bordo che ha segnalato da subito che occorreva fare il tagliando, alternato al segnale che mancava l'olio motore. E alla consegna dell'auto non siamo potuti andare via fino a quando l'auto non è stata controllata minuziosamente, nonostante avessimo pagato 250 euro in più per una assicurazione totale per 7 giorni. Non molto piacevole e prima volta che capitava in tanti anni di noleggio auto.

Pros: Rental desk was easy to find and the queue too be seen was short.
Cons: Alamo took over 45 mins to ‘prepare’ our car after I arrived at the desk and gave all my details, despite having our booking already. When the keys were given, despite ordering and paying for a large car, I was given the keys for a Peugeot 2008. When I challenged the representative, he told me a Peugeot 2008 was a large car (because it was an SUV). I could have paid less for cars advertised as being the size of a Peugeot 2008.

The following insurance type(s) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
