Cons: I was not very happy with the service ar all. It took for me to search the area around the office to find someone who looked like they'd be able to help. Once I found someone they were very rude and it got to the stage my partner asked if the assistant was in a rush because he had such a bad attitude and couldn't seem at all interested in the business. His excuse once asked was that he had to work 6am to midnight and then complained that he lost over £15,000 due to covid
Pros: The car was perfectly fine
Cons: The agency is far from the airport itself and not a part of the 'car village' in Luton Airport. Getting there is very complicated, depends on a service bud that belongs to another cat rental company. Also getting back to the airport is only if there's a costumer of the other car rental company that needs the service bus. If there isn't one, you might wait two hours untill you get to the airport. Not recommended

Cons: The agents are not familiar with the actual situation of trafic and airport. 1) During the night a big part of M1 was closed up to York. 2) At the airport is every luggage storage occation closed. We found a storage room at Hilton hotel Parkway ourself.

Pros: The car was fine, however as previously mentioned when we collected the car we pointed out a scratch on a back Door nd was told it was not anything to Mention as it was to small, however on return we’ve. Ben charged for damage, there there was also a small mark for a stone chip o the windscreen about half a centimetre the staff member said it was over a Centimetre and was push on the screen trying to make it spread this could have been on the car before we took it it was so small,

Cons: The Easirent location is off airport, extremely difficult to find when returning the car and did not have time to fill up the petrol tank, simple map showing route from M1 exit could be useful. WiFi access in UK abysmal so could not use smartphone

Cons: I had an issue with the car hirer: their T&Cs on this booking site stated they would 'block' payment on a card for security deposit of £1500. When I went to collect the car, the hirer wanted full upfront payment £1500 & to go to booking site to get it refunded. I complained to this website and cancelled the hire. The customer service team said they would write because it 'was complicated', but never did. And they never refunded my deposit - even though their ad says I would get it back!!
Pros: Nothing. Horrible horrible service. When I asked for a refund I was told it was a non refundable price although I didn’t even get a car from you.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Directions sent me to the wrong place. Customer service that had no idea how to help and kept telling us to be patient and wait (in the pouring rain), and the shuttle would show up. The shuttle was actually on the other side of the airport. . Awful service once I arrived to get the car - one employee for a long line of people. I wasted 2 hours just trying to find the rental place and it would have been at least another hour waiting for a car.
Pros: The agent was polite and apologetic but that didn't help me get away any faster

Cons: The car was not readied before the pickup. They found out about a puncture when I came to pickup. I had a very long wait time. Full insurance coverage bought through DCH did not mean full coverage through Easirent, so they wanted to reserve a deposit on a credit card. Full tank to full tank, means that they reserved a charge on the credit card, instead of just letting me drive off and settling upon returning.

Cons: Information given on bookingdid not match experience upon car hire. I.e. told I needed three pieces of information but actually needed additional documents which I found stressful as I had to organise this on my phone when collecting the car (two forms of ID and DVLA check code), and it was not made clear when booking that the company would keep a block on my credit card and the fuel deposit (£1595) for a further 7 days after I returned the car and it was all signed off as ok. I need this money!
Cons: Wouldnt let us leave with without paying £190 insurance. Car was disgusting. Not cleaned. Car was extremely difficult to drive. I would argue not road worthy. Service was shocking. Arguing we had caused damage when we hadn't. Had to wait ages to hand back and missed first airport bus. The worst experience I have ever had with a hire car company and I travel 10-15 times a year on business.

Cons: I was ripped off by EasiCar, as I brought my car insurance with discovery car and I was told I was required to put down a £1200 excess or take out another insurance policy. I didn’t have £1200 on my credit card so couldn’t take our the car. I lost the £20 I prepaid and basically wasted 2 hours of my life waiting and filling in forms.
Pros: Khalid was very helpful I would recommend him but I would never recommend easirent unless you accept debit cards as deposit for insurance excess.wise up its the 21 st century.

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
For rentals of 30 days or more, mileage is limited to 500 miles per week.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.30 GBP per mile will apply.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Mileage is limited to 100 miles per day. For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.50 GBP per mile will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Customers not resident in United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, International Driving Permit (IDP), boarding pass in order to collect the car.
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car. The following document(s): proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) must not be older than 3 months.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 20 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1500 GBP to 2500 GBP, depending on the car group.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:Debit cards.
Only International renters are allowed to use the following payment method(s): Debit cards. Additional insurance (Full Damage Waiver (FDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Debit cards.
An administrative charge of 5 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express.
Local customers are allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and the credit score is positive.
This rule also applies if local customers want to use the following payment method(s): Debit cards.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 20 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Cross-border travel is allowed upon previous request and for an additional charge of 125 GBP + 20 GBP per day.
Crossing country borders to Ireland is available for 50 GBP per rental.
Cross-border travel is allowed when pick up has taken place in North Ireland.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
There is a charge of 10 GBP per day per driver.
Spouse is allowed for a decreased charge of 7GBP per day.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel, and pre-payment is requested.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 11.40 GBP will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel. In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
Pick-up & Drop-off
