Pros: Great quality car. Counter next to arrivals, as was the carpark where the car was. Quality of car was excellent too

Cons: Processing time for pick up not efficient. Of there are customers before you, the time delay stacks up. Paperwork was unnecessary since details taken were same as for online booking

Pros: Car booked was not available, and was upgraded to next tier model. Quick "check-out" process. Good attitude of employees.

Cons: Woefully understaffed rental desk (Turin Airport) resulting in long queues and waiting times. Car not in optimal conditions.

Cons: Directions to collection desk are out of date, 1hr+ wait/ queue to collect car, car was clean inside/ dirty outside, no windscreen wash and a slow puncture (tyre was flat in 48hrs). No spare tyre etc. in the car and no road side assistance details provided - had to spend 2hrs and €50 searching for/ purchasing a portable air compressor to ensure car was road worthy

Pros: The desk agent spoke good english, excellent location, effortless checkin and chekou

Cons: There was 4 more taxes on pickup! Four! The car had a tire with a puncture that was slowly deflating over time. Our trip was almost ruined because of it. Fortunately, a neighbor had a portable air compressor, and we were able to salvage the situation. The rental car did not have a spare tire, a portable air compressor, or a repair kit. I tried to inform the reception, but it seemed they didn't care. The next person to rent the car may not be as lucky to have someone help as I was.

Pros: very nice gentlenman at pick up

Cons: Too long wait at pick up. I may have waited around 90 minutes. There was barely any fuel in the tank. No information on scratches and damage at pick up.

Cons: When we called customer service about the issue with the car range, they said we would need to go back to Italy to swap cars. We were in Switzerland, so they basically asked us to throw out all of our travel plans to change a faulty car THEY GAVE US.

Cons: The only issue we had was that someone who had the car before us had been smoking in it. It is very noticeable when you are a non smoker.

Pros: The car was actually a brand new electric car and picking and returning were very smooth

Cons: There was no car available & as a back-up an electrical car with driving range of 1/3rd of what we needed was offered. It took us couple hours to look for a solution at the beginning of our trip, to end-up taking the train and join friends in their car. The money (9 days after having shared all requested information) has still not been re-imbursed.

Pros: Very organised, and fast pickup from the airport.

Cons: The car had some little scratches but it was not mention on their system as the lady at the drop off office told me. Lucky me I made a video as I picked up the car as evidence, so she asked me to show it. After she saw the video she saw that the scratches were already thare when I picked up the car.

Cons: Car broke down second day after picking up, was towed away and I did not get a replacement car for the rest 6 days, was feeded promises by Drivalia customer service team

Cons: The waiting time was extremely long due to the fact that other customers were not aware that they needed a credit card. Moreover filling in a form with all my information takes a long time while it can easily be done online before pickup.

We have made the staff aware who was valeting the car and he said that has nothing to do with that and we need to go back to airport to reception to ask for a solution or can go and buy it in the shop like water or something? Really? Is that something you dream doing when just landed and are in foreign country on vacation? Returning the car was stressful as could not find where to leave the keys. Staff in car park was not interested to show or help

Cons: Hire desk didn’t explained that the remaining hire balance will be taken from the credit card so just taken it without authorisation otherwise we would of payed on a different card with no currency exchange fees

Cons: The single representative took about 20 minutes per person. It should not take this long. The desk was not manned at 8.30 when we returned. I thought the Jeep was horrible but that was my fault as its what I ordered

Cons: Not enough staff at the airport. One (helpful) person dealing with all the pick ups and drop offs. 1.5 hour wait to collect car. On return, no spaces to park the car, told by a Sixt staffer to park anywhere ,then and got screamed at and abused by other rental company staff who physically moved the car! Very upsetting and intimidating. No Leasys staff anywhere in the car park. I felt bad for the young woman on the desk who also got shouted at too. Also car wasn't clean on pick up.

Pros: The car itself was ok, despite only having 1/2 tank of gas upon pickup.

Cons: The tank was half empty, the parking spots were dangerously small, the parking lot was dangerous with too many cars squeezed into tiny spaces, and there were not enough employees on shift to handle the amount of cars being rented/returned. For the amount of money this place makes renting so many cars, there is no excuse to not have more people working.

Pros: The staff was friendly.

Cons: It is so hard to connect with someone and then have all of the agents work together to help you. Our car broke down and it took 24 hours of our vacation to fix it. It would have been more helpful if we spoke to someone once and they helped us - versus what happened - us spending over 7 hours on the phone talking to multiple people to try to help us and then needing to go back to the airport to get a new car - and then go through the process of going over everything that happened with the car.

Cons: they did not send me a report that everything was ok with the car and 3 days after i am still waiting for deposit to be released
