Cons: I used Autovia for two days, I had a delay with immigration so it was unexpected to arrive almost 2 hours late to pick up the car, when I arrived the employee said that my car was no longer there, and my only option was to contact discovercars.com or do an upgrade, even though I had already paid in advance the reserved car was sent to another customer!! It was paid for and should have stayed in the car park, waiting until my booking was finished.
