Pros: They were very frindly and takinf and dropping process was very clear
Cons: When we first started looking at the car on the first appointment, we noticed that the dashboard said it needed an oil change, so when we went to the rental agent, he immediately changed the car to make sure it was OK.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that my car was canceled because my flight was delayed and my bag was lost and I had to spend like an hour claiming that at the airport. This meant I was about two hours late for my pick up and the Clark told me that you only hold the car for 59 minutes. I had to upgrade to a much bigger car than I wanted.
Pros: Nothing. They appear only to be in the business of trying to rip people off.
Cons: Nothing. Very Poor
Pros: nothing . They work with Autovia and they were awful. The car (which worked well) smelled of tobacco and cigarette smoke. It had not been accurately clean and it had so many damages on its bodywork that they were not even all listed.
Cons: They were rude and aggressive. They tried to make me pay for two hardly visible superficial scratches on the plastic of the side mirror and rear bumper that you had to look for , they were not listed on the check out form but they immediately found (without looking at anything else and in a very dimly lit garage). This smacks of fraud...I contested the damages. Stay well clear of Autovia
Pros: When I dropped the car off the lady was really lovely and I was able to get away quickly after we checked the car together. She signed off that everything was fine and it took only a few minutes.
Cons: Unfortunately when i arrived in Torino to collect my car I had to wait quite a long time and then the person charged me more than it said in the voucher ! I was supposed to pay £74.85 but I had to pay £109.30!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted. For the Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
