Cons: Car not available at pickup time, extremely rude agent, no reasonable projection of when the car would be available. Left in limbo and treated as an inconvenience when trying to collect the car even though it was well after the stated collection time.

Pros: The car was not clean inside and outside. The windows cliner tank was empty. The car needed oil change. The entertainment screen had werry dirty.

Pros: Nothing, we didn't get the car with pre-paid rent, as no debit cards accepted for deposit. No money refund was executed. Never heard about not accepting debit cards for car rent before. We have asked 10 more companies about it, all 10 accept debit cards. Super old policy. Would never choose again.

Cons: Nothing, they are scam , I had to pay extra because they did not accept my credit card , I had to pay extra what was on the reservation from discovery cars, I was renting 6 times in Italy with the same credit card and for other companies was not a problem , but Sicily by car did not accept my credit card

Pros: No pressure about ordering extras, located at the airport, so was easy to drop off the car at out of office hours, no extra charge for the cross border

Cons: In general nothing was really bad except Car needed oil change and had several bigger scratches including rear view mirror cover

Cons: Tried to change my Rental return 15 hours. The wanted to charge me 395€ for 15 hours. Crazy.

Cons: The process of returning the car wasnt very well indicated. Perhaps some signage would help?

Cons: When I tried to drop off there was a long queue. I waited over an hour as the queue was for pick up and returns. Other providers have a drop off box and when I did finally get served it took about 30 seconds. Luckily I had factored in enough time so made my flight but others in the queue were not so fortunate

Cons: Car had a lot of damages (some serious) to the exterior. That made it look very bad. Car had screen wash liquid for 3 times of use. It lasted me 1 day and finished was empty. Never will use Sicily by car again

Cons: Couldn't really figure out how to operate the USB or blue tooth in the car, but it was an older car stereo (no real display) and we got by.

Pros: The first car had an issue with the rear wiper. We asked to change car. Reluctantly they did. Second car no issues. Staff at the desk not very friendly , the one inside the car park much nicer.

Cons: Instead of 650 euro deposit they took 950 euro. And the car i booked was given to some one else. I hade to be upgraded for 30 euros. And the car i got was the same size as the one i booked.

Pros: Customer service was very friendly. Picking up the car was great and dropping it off, the attendant was waiting in the parking garage, was patient with me while i repacked some items, and then took my keys, signed off on the contract, and was extremely friendly. Kudos!

Cons: Rental desk & returns in different location to other car hire companies, so no obvious to find. Diesel engine not ideal for high-altitude final destination (though no problems in practice, given advice to add anti-freeze to the fuel).

Cons: I was charged an extra €100 with no explanation, partly I can assume it was because I could not fill up the gas tank. According to the rental agreement it would only cost €20 and the cost of gas.
