Malta
SEAT Leon
10/21/26

Pros: They gave me a good car and I liked it.

Kia Picanto
7/28/26

Pros: Nice staff

Cons: Car has not been cleaned and was dropped off just before we collected it. Also it was clearly in need of a service
United States of America (USA)
Citroen C5 Aircross
2/25/26

Pros: NOTHING!!! The agent was rude and unwilling to help

Cons: I gave him a credit/debit company card with no limit, which i am using all over the world to rent cars, and he refused even run it through because he read the small word debit on the card I ended up renting from Europecar with zero problem of course! It was just ridiculous and annoying
United Kingdom

Volkswagen Golf
3/28/24

Pros: The value for money was great.

Cons: There was no car available for me when i arrived at the desk at my allotted time. I was waiting at the desk approximately 45minutes while they tried to get my car.
United Kingdom
SEAT Arona
2/7/24

Pros: Easy return

Cons: Slow to hire (as most companies)
Belgium
Kia Picanto
11/2/23

Pros: Not much. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived.

Cons: When I rent a car of 112 euro's, i don't expect to pay tripple with insurance included. The moment I chose the car I think they took a car with lots of damage. This is just insurance fraud!! I rent cars for years on my holidays (>5 trips a year) and never had a damage as we use a car as it is our own, we take the insure to take away the risk of a stone in the window or an accident. We felt very abused and now for sure that we will never go autovia/ecovia again.
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
10/17/23

Pros: My flight was delayed. When I arrived at the counter at 23:05 the gentleman informed me that the system automatically shut at 23:00 and other than rent another car (somehow) for 3 times the price including an out of office fee there was nothing he could do

Cons: The rep was less than helpful and it felt that he just wanted to rip me off. He knew my flight was late and when it arrived. He could have waited
United Kingdom
Peugeot 208
6/22/23

Pros: nothing

Cons: being ripped off
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Golf
5/1/23

Pros: Little

Cons: Very slow on collection approximately 1hr to collect and on return was quick but I've been accused of not returning fully fuelled. They are definitely looking at the wrong car as the email stated you returned yesterday but I in fact only returned it 30 minutes before the email was sent informing me I hadn't refuelled the car. Not impressed
