The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
If the duration of your stay in Ireland is longer than 12 months, a driver license issued in Ireland is required.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
If the customer runs out of battery and is stranded with the vehicle, requiring help from our roadside assistance, please keep in mind that this service is not covered by the rental insurance nor by any additional policy (the customer is always liable for all costs involved).
Winter tires are not mandatory in Ireland.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
