Cons: They gave me a car instead of the truck I was confirmed to have rented

Cons: Petrol was only 3/8 full when I would have expected it to be full & returned full. This wasn't made clear when picking up the car. I had to wait over 20 minutes before I was picked up from Cork airport.

Pros: I liked nothing about it. The guys at the rental office were great but I felt from the moment I walked in o was about to be ripped off. They wanted a DVLA check which I had never heard of and because I couldn’t provide one (I didn’t know my NI number) I had to pay an extra £25. If I had known, I could have sorted it before I left. It was also supposed to be full full on return. When I took the car they deemed it to be three eighths full (no doubt because they couldn’t be bothered to fill it).

Cons: How the hell to do manage to fill it to three eighths without being ripped off. You either put too much in or they charge you exorbitant rates if you haven’t put enough in. From start to finish I felt I was being ripped off. I will never use discovercars nor easirent again. Thankfully it’s all over now. Hated every moment of it!

Cons: No paperwork given, If I had to prove the rental of the vehicle, He did not point out all damage on the car just glossed over it, I was told fuel was full to full but noticed after leaving that it only had half tank of fuel, I did return it with full tank as to save any argument after.

Cons: Site was just under a half hour walk from the airport with our luggage and in a shabby office that did not look official or professional. Very confusing disclaimers printed everywhere and when these were explained to us it became even more complicated. We were warned that if we did not take out an additional insurance policy we would very likely lose a £2,600 deposit, despite us selecting full cover in advance. In the end we paid more than double what we expected. Would never use again.

Cons: The agent making pick up didn't pick us all up, we had to leave one person behind as he couldn't fit us in, even though it was a 7 seater, then when I had the car which was 30 minutes after I had to return to pick them up, he was not very friendly, he was miserable and blunt. The Agent tried to make me take out their insurance at an extra cost even though I had full coverage, he said thats not worth anything and wont cover you, they then took a deposit of £2100 which I haven't had back yet

Cons: Horrible experience. From start to finish. There is just one person 40min to get the car. I tried to do deposit, the guy kept insisting me to get me the insurance. Saying that would take 2 month to get back and that the card would had interest. It keep pressuring me there was someone wating and I end up buying. He didn't gave me time to check the car. Cons: The unit where we collected the car was disgraceful. I felt very uneasy, was in the middle of nowhere in a rundown shed. Car smelt foul. Was scratched and bumped everywhere and after my initial conversation regarding the insurance I felt very very uncomfortable for the while drive hire time.

Cons: My criticism applies to the entire car rental industry, not just easirent. But I must say that it would have been nice if the representative would try to look with us for a solution. Instead "that's not possible" was the standard answer. Not very flexible.

Cons: On arrival to the desk the representative informed us that we had not purchased full insurance, even though we had confirmation from discover cars that we had. The representative then informed us that they knew third party companies were selling full insurance to customers which were nor valid or accepted by Easirent. Therefore we had no choice but to buy the full insurance at the desk. On returning the vehicle we found the representative rude.

Cons: Car wasn't washed, windows inside were marked and hadn't been cleaned and the yard was dusty which meant we left dusty footprints on the mat

Cons: When I rented the car, the paperwork said to bring proof I my USA car insurance, I did. I also bought insurance through Expedia at the same time as I rented the car. When I picked it up the man said I needed CDW insurance, that my insurance from the USA, or through expedia, or through my credit card were no good and I had to buy CDW insurance through him. The car rental for the period was $122.40, the CDW insurance was $100, then add full over for $210. Not well explained!

Cons: The directions for collection are ver vague, total misconception that the rental is in easy distance to the airport. Drop off was diabolical, no one at the office/ Portakabin although time was agreed, so as to not miss flight had a 20 minute walk to the airport.

Pros: The car was clean and relatively new, drop off was quick and seamless.

Cons: Agent lacked customer service, not friendly and took ages to sort out the car at pick up. Also the car had a lot of scratches and dents plus the tax disc was a month out of date!

Cons: I rent a car in Cork every day since February 2016. Simply, the worst customer service in Cork. The representative triple checked the car at the return, for 15 minutes while raining, so as to charge any possible damages whereas we has just spent 2 minutes at the picking. It's just a shame! Invent invisible damages.I would just recommend to rent a car at a classic rental car company like Sixt, Avis or Europcar straight inside the airport instead of saving some euros by renting with Easirent.

Cons: The place was a shit hole As soon as I didn't buy their insurance their whole persona changed. They couldn't meet my eyes on return. I knew they'd find some excuse to charge us and said as much to my partner. Disgraceful place and company.

Cons: Simply the car I paid for was no longer available and I had to pay £100 on too of what I had already paid to rent a car, so very unhappy with service as there was no mention of this in the terms and conditions issued at time of booking.

Pros: Good value. Nice clean car. Friendly helpful agents. Good service to & from pickup point. ( front wipers not working well & screen misting up - a bit worrying when driving in wet &/or dark !! )

Cons: The phone number given did not seem to work using a Northern Ireland registered mobile - even trying different local variations. Thankfully I checked out number before heading off to pick up point & was given an alternative number in England & got sorted that !! Could have been a disaster of being stranded not knowing how to make contact !!!

Cons: Having to pay extra charges for insurance which weren't clearly stated in the initial cost. We asked for a ford fiesta, but this wasn't available. We paid for a full tank of petrol but only used half, we asked if it was possible to get a refund on the fuel we didn't use to be told "I'll email the office and see what they say", we are yet to receive a response. If we couldn't get a refund just tell us! Again, a dishonest service.

Portacabin was in the back of beyond and quite isolated. Car warning light on continually that a service was needed. seats were very grubby. Had a disagreement with assistant re insurance. They charged me twice which i am trying to sort out.

Car not cleaned as we were delayed picking up car and didn't want to wait any longer. Car tax expired! Mentioned it to staff. Told to say we were renting if stopped or ticketed. Staff very apologetic.
