Pros: I appreciated that the staff were polite and helpful, and the customer service agent was understanding at drop-off by waiving the additional driver charge. The vehicle itself was in good condition, and once completed, the rental process was straightforward.
Cons: The pickup and return processes were extremely slow due to insufficient staffing, leading to long waiting times. Receiving the car with a partially filled fuel tank also made the return inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress.

Cons: Worn car seats causing back pain to both driver and passenger. Very hard to get in contact with support when needed (our car was hit in a parking), very poor guidance through the required police report. Car was provided without the mandatory property certificate, this prevented us in booking a ferry. At drop off we have been charged with 12 CHF due to a not well communicated (at pick up) "Cleaning policy at drop off" (basically the car carpets with some sand, normal after 14 days use).

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 72 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, Bolivia, EU countries.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
