Pros: Was an easy processs picking up the keys and finding the car. I thought pricing was pretty reasonable.

Cons: Perhaps a Discover Cars sign at the Budget desk would make the correct desk easier to locate. In years gone by someone was there to take you to the car , look over it with you and answer any questions. It would have been handy because we weren’t sure about the marks on the car already there (if they had been noted or not) and it took ages to figure out how to adjust the seat.
