Cons: We got a car that didn't support Android phones so the gps wouldn't work. That's the car manufacturers fault but customers probably should be made aware and given the choice on whether that car would still be suitable
Pros: The agents. When I picked the car up the agent even had the car switched on so that the a/c had the chance to cool the car down! Going above and beyond!!

Cons: Had to drop car off at office as not open at 7am and get a taxi. Would prefer to drop at airport and leave keys there in locked box?

Cons: The car wasn't there when we arrived. The manager whom had taken it for a service despite it being due for collection didn't even acknowledge us let alone apologise for the inconvenience

Pros: The service from the ladies @ Darwin Airport when we picked up vehicle was awesome and friendly.. One lady even got our luggage out of bus and put in the boot while we went into the air conditioned office... When we dropped off the car in the city the young gentlemen was also very friend and made the transaction smooth

Cons: After they cancelled the original booking i still needed a car after the lockdown. They have a sign out the front stating cheapest car rentals in NT guaranteed. This is bullshit as I've since priced other companies and they seem to be the dearest. The car they supplied was a small KIA when i requested a medium car and the girl at the counter said they didn't have another one. It was half full of fuel had no cruise control and the brakes made a terrible noise

Cons: The Hyundai we hired looks like quite a new model but there's no reverse camera or sensor which makes parking and reversing a little stressful.
Pros: We got exactly what we needed in style of car. It was clean, easy to drive and a reasonable price. I like the amt of km (250/day)included in the price. It was an important point in deciding the car to hire. Doing all our arrangements - identification, licences and payment online was also to our advantage, leaving nothing to do on our arrival.
Cons: As we did all arrangements online, it was frustrating when my bankcard details would not go through in the time allocated. I must have tried 6 different times on different days with no success. I ended up phoning directly and giving my banking details over the phone.
Cons: Difficulty in making contact on arrival. We were unaware they closed at 4:00pm, our flight arrived later than scheduled, and although they did try to contact us, we were either still on plane or in the arrival/covid check in, and when I tried to return call, only got a message service; this was between 4:35 - 5:00. No return call. We ended up getting through to a central help area, and arranged to pick up car in the morning. Cost us 2 x Uber rides we should not had to.

Cons: There were multiple models for me to. Choose from. I chose a higher price model yet received a car even worse than the lower price model. When I asked for the difference to be refunded they told me no. Worse yet the people beside me ( a nearly 7 foot huge man and his wife) who had paid for an SUV - necessary in the NT and anywhere for a man that size- got a tiny little Yaris thing.. the after hours defect contract was a joke. They had 25 smudges and minor scratches.., how can I verify all that

Pros: The staff were easy going, friendly and efficient. The car was ready with engine running and aircon on when we got to the office and paperwork was completed quickly but professionally.
Cons: The pickup location can be a little confusing. I’m not the most attentive person and had it in my head that the car would be available directly at the airport. Caused a moment of concern. Having said that, once I reread the entire contract I did find the bit about arrival instructions. Once that was sorted it all went perfectly. Maybe make it a little clearer, bold or larger print, that you need to make a phone call and then wait at the designated spot. Mind you, maybe it was just me.
