Pros: Wir haben ein Auto gemietet am Flughafen in Ercan in Nordzypern. Der Mitarbeiter der uns das Auto gegeben hat, war so so nett und freundlich zu uns. Er wartete auf uns am Flughafen mit einem Namensschild. Er hat uns alles zum Auto gut erklärt. War pünktlich super freundlich. Auch die Rückgabe lief reibungslos ohne Probleme. Cons: - Agent was 40 minutes late at arrival - Took 50 minutes to check-out. Paperwork should have been prepared in advance - Agent indicated deposit needed to be paid in cash even though prior email indicated could be paid through credit card - US $ ask for deposit was 20% higher than previously indicated. - Gas tank was only 1/8 full, requiring us to immediately find a gas station after traveling 15 hours - Agent did not return deposit, citing minor damage on car even though I paid for insurance.

Pros: The car was very clean and in excellent condition. The company was very attentive, and their approach was always respectful. Whenever I had a request, they were solution-oriented and helpful. A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
