Cons: I received a diffirent car than what I reserved. The audio was not set up in English and when I asked the staff to change it to English, he could not. As a result, I got very nervous when I received notifications from the car and I didn’t understand.

Pros: I didnt like anything about the service, they were rude and tried to make me pay extra.

Cons: Rude, sweared a lot, told me he would make sure I could never rent a car again if I didn't pay extra and then said that he would prevent me and my family getting on the plane unless I paid him more. Most awful experience ever.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Booster seat (15-45 kg), Baby seat (0-13 kg), Child seat (9-18 kg), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Northern Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
