Pros: The flight was delayed and I took next flight it was about 2-3h delaying not because of me,,my brother who was in first flight and was in the airport saw the Agent and told him that I am coming, the agent told my brother that he will not wait for me and give telephone number to call when I arrived ..when I arrived the Agent did not answer my calling ! And did not try to contact me or bring the car!!

Pros: Nothing ! We waited over 2 hrs I had to phone them on arrival, there was nobody waiting for us causing stress earlier hrs of the morning

Cons: The fact that the instructions given to wait at arrivals and look out for someone holding a name plaque was non existent ! The whole waiting game for over 2 hrs isn’t something I will be doing again

Cons: No representatives spoke English. Had a slight accident with the car. It was the other driver’s fault and was settled at their office. But on several occasions I was confronted by unnamed and unidentified representatives of pacific about the accident damage. The car was drivable so I kept it during the rental period. On returning the car. I was again confronted about the damage. Seems like no coordination. With the added problems communicating.

Cons: A terrible company. We witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior that We could never have imagined seeing.There is absolutely no chance of having a proper communication. The person we spoke to on the phone was very rude and verbally abusive just because We mentioned that we sould talk to the rental agency before making the payment they requested.After this there were no attempts to establish communication from them.We advise anyone considering renting a car from them to stay away as possible.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1190.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 27 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Northern Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
