Cons: No representatives spoke English. Had a slight accident with the car. It was the other driver’s fault and was settled at their office. But on several occasions I was confronted by unnamed and unidentified representatives of pacific about the accident damage. The car was drivable so I kept it during the rental period. On returning the car. I was again confronted about the damage. Seems like no coordination. With the added problems communicating.

8/2/23

Pros: nothing

Cons: A terrible company. We witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior that We could never have imagined seeing. There is absolutely no chance of having a proper communication. The person we spoke to on the phone was very rude and verbally abusive just because We mentioned that we sould talk to the rental agency before making the payment they requested. After this there were no attempts to establish communication from them.We advise anyone considering renting a car from them to stay away as possible.
