Pros: Nothing
Cons: They did not pick us up at the airport at the confined time. We called over 10 times from multiple phones and to all their numbers we could find and no one answered. We ended up having to rent a car from another provider.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1200.00), Theft Protection, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1200.00), Outside of business hours, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee, Delivery fee.
Rate excludes
An Airport Surcharge of 10 OMR applies in all airport locations.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
Each additional km will cost an additional 0.060 OMR to 0.100 OMR, depending on the car group.

Minimum rental age is 25 years.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
