Cons: I got a small scratch on my car. Of course I didn't call the police for this, the company took advantage of this. Although I rented it as full insurance, the company reflected this cost to me instead of making this scratch out of its own pocket. Pros: nothing continued from "did not like" it seemed from the discussion that there would be no issue for us to pay 100 EUR but there certainy was an issue with blocking deposit using the same website/card machine. We ended up renting a car with EUROCAR, they also told us about the scam sceme, which confirmed our experience.

Cons: the guys in Sarajevo use the scam sceme when they tell the customers that their credit card does not work for taking the deposit (in our case, it was Halifax), the customers should either pay 100 EUR for cover insurance or to look for another car rent provider. The staff refused showing me the card machine working and demonstrated using some a web page to take a deposit -(they inserted my card data and it showed an error) when I have briefly seen them using card machine with the other client.

Cons: I was forced to buy additional insurance because they insisted on using some application that requires swedish BankId. As it was not possible (bank probably rejected transaction for security reasons) I was offered to pay insurance using card reader. It was for some reason not possible to use same card reader to reserve the required amount. I felt scammed as it leaves you without options and I payed insurance twice.

Cons: When I returned the vehicle to the relevant company, they noticed wear on a plastic part underneath the car. In the video I took before taking the car, it can be seen that the staff did not check this area. Concerned that they wouldn't refund the deposit, I had my bank block it, and I retrieved my deposit. Please avoid working with such dishonest companies.

Cons: After I didn't want to pay additional insurance provided by them, they claimed that my credit card (that I'm using last 10 years as a credit card) is not credit but debit, so I need to pay additional fee. I already paid to discover cars, but if I didn't, I wouldn't rent a car at all. At the end of story, I paid 330-340 euro for rent, instead planned 150-155.

Cons: The rental company required for the person who made the payment to be present at car pick-up, which was not mentioned at all prior to the booking completion. My business partner therefore had to cancel an important meeting. Upon arrival, the booked car wasn't available at all, we got a small city car and had a very uncomfortable trip - three adults traveling 600 km in a small car with a 1.0l engine. The car came with no gas in the tank, no wiper fluid and the comp was set to Turkish.
