Pros: Honest with their service, found not pushy with extra insurance. I was early for the pick up but they let me take the car without charging extra. When I returned the car they found they were honest again with the mandatory checks. I highly recommend them.

This arrangement was clearly stated on our reservation voucher as well as in the rental contract, which was printed and signed by a Carwiz employee. Cons: Having to pay for car wash (€10). I was lucky and didn't have to pay for airport parking, the agent met me at the petrol station nearby. Car parking seems to be compulsory for some reason.

Cons: The office was closed on arrival and I have to phone for staff to arrive 20 minutes later. The car had no windscreen fluid, right rare tire was no inflated with sing on. When returning car I was asked to pay for car to be washed ( nobody informed me that was par of the rental package- I refused as I was not informed and the car was cleaner than I took it). I was asked to pay 2 euros for parking into the same car park where I took car, (I was not informed that I need to pay for company parking).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
The IDP must be issued by a country that is a signatory of the Geneva or Vienna Conventions and not by a private organization/company and you must provide the original. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
