Pros: Honest with their service, found not pushy with extra insurance. I was early for the pick up but they let me take the car without charging extra. When I returned the car they found they were honest again with the mandatory checks. I highly recommend them.

Cons: We chose this company solely because they offered airport pick-up and downtown drop-off—an option not available with other rental companies. This arrangement was clearly stated on our reservation voucher as well as in the rental contract, which was printed and signed by a Carwiz employee. It is also clearly visible in the attached photo of the rental contract. At the time of pick-up, we confirmed twice with the employee that the drop-off location was different (downtown instead of the airport),

Pros: Cheap hire, friendly people, no issues whatsoever.

Cons: Having to pay for car wash (€10). I was lucky and didn't have to pay for airport parking, the agent met me at the petrol station nearby. Car parking seems to be compulsory for some reason.

Pros: Convince

Cons: The office was closed on arrival and I have to phone for staff to arrive 20 minutes later. The car had no windscreen fluid, right rare tire was no inflated with sing on. When returning car I was asked to pay for car to be washed ( nobody informed me that was par of the rental package- I refused as I was not informed and the car was cleaner than I took it). I was asked to pay 2 euros for parking into the same car park where I took car, (I was not informed that I need to pay for company parking).

Cons: I gave the car completely fueled but the car fuel indicator showed suddenly 1 bar less at handover, and after a lond argument they took the car to petrol station and the fuel tank was full showing car fault. The car had done 188,000 kilometers and was terrible but worst was there Behaviour.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cheques is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, European Countries.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
