Pros: Fick inte bilen som jag bokade, har bokar manuellt bil men fick automat vilket jag är inte van att köra. Agenten byte bil och därefter fick bil med manuellt koppling. Detta tog tid. Har inte fått depositionsavgift än.

Cons: Jag har betalat full försäkring kasko. När jag lämnade bilen agent uppmärksammade skrapa på bilen som jag har inte orsakat utan det var någon som gjorde det troligen då bilen var parkerad. Agenten sa att hon löser det med chefen. Dagen efter ringer hon och berättar att det finns en till skada på framsidan likadan som den var på sidan alltså någon som skadat bilen och att jag måste betala för den.Jag hänvisar till försäkring som jag har tecknat vid uthyrning men hon tyckte att det räcker ej.

Pros: Easy to find, relatively fast process for picking up and dropping off.

Cons: Bad experience with Autounion Sarajevo. They gave me a very old 2016 car in poor condition, promised a replacement but never called back. When I chased them, they offered only a smaller 2017 model and then stopped replying. At drop-off, they failed to explain that customers can’t access the rental car park at the airport, forcing me to pay for parking myself. Poor service, zero professionalism. Strongly recommend choosing an international company instead, even if it costs a bit more.

Pros: Friendly agent who is easily accessible by phone and is willing to think along if you have special wishes. Recieved car was almost new (1000 km on the counter) and fast service. Extra driver for free! By returning the you are contacted by Whatsapp about the time you are expected. No surprices backwards!

Cons: Only misunderstanding is that additional insurance is offered again (while I have already booked this through an intermediary). Also finding the rental company required some searching (located just outside the terminal instead of inside like some other providers).

Cons: I had rented a Citroen C4 or similar, which was standing on the parking lot when I arrived, but the they gave me a Kia Stonic (smaller car). I think because I was alone and had just two pieces of luggage. I did however rented a slightly bigger car because of the higher ride, since some roads in Bosnia are pretty bad.

Pros: Nothing; we booked VW Golf A. Bad Car ( gave us a bad car Citron Cartus ; amazingly shitty car which would not drive more than 30km/ hr. After a lot of arguments the car was changed to opel astra . However , this time with the AC on the car won’t drive beyond 80km/ hr . Both the cars had run more than 150000 Kms and were piece of dead metal B the guy at the front desk kept telling us , you do not have a choice. Cons: They charged me 70 Euros for the GPS that didn't work. The car was returned in the same condition and they were suppose to release my deposit of 200 Euros. Instead of that they charged me twice 200 Euros and are asking me now to send them my credit card number to release the deposit.

Pros: Representatives are courteous and easy to reach the counter.

Cons: The vehicle we received was not new, was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Although the people at the counter were very kind and smiling, they did not help and claimed that they did not have another vehicle to give us and if there was a problem we would call them and they would send someone. They did not test our claims regarding the vehicle, the experience was not enjoyable with a faulty vehicle.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04) Winter tires are included in price.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
