there are some very narrow roads and many of the other drivers are foreigners, so be carefull if you aren't used to drive on the english side. If you aren't, i advise you to make a car insurance that covers all damages.
Also, if you have any accident, and you need a police report, you will get a final report without a previous reading ( you won´t read the report while is being writen, only the final version). In that way, even if something is wrong or not according to your description, the police won't change what they have written. So assure that they understand exactly what happened.
