Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right. Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22. Outside business hours pick-up and drop-off is available at this location and is facilitated by Alpha Car Hire Parking Partners. This is subject to pre-approval and is between the hours of 4:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 4:30am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 10:30pm Saturday & Sunday. For pick-up, the after-hours service is only applicable if the express check-in has been completed successfully by the customer. Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions: T2 Terminal: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage, and cross at the pedestrian lights. You will find the shuttle at the Priority Pickup Area C; clearly marked in green. T3 Terminal (Qantas): Exit the terminal, turn left, and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find the shuttle at the Priority Pickup Area C.
