Excellent holiday in Gennadi. Great food wherever we went, water boat trip from Pefkos was amazing. Lived Lindos and seeing the two seas meet and the nearby views were a highlight.

We travel to Rhodes every last week of April, we stay at same hotel where we now see certain members of staff as family, such is the excellent relationships built. Rhodes is beautiful with wonderful friendly people. This is the only place we ever revisit, we have 4 holidays a year but the only permanent fixture is Rhodes in April.

We stayed in a villa near Navarone bay which was out of the way from larger towns, there were 7 of us on the trip and needed a larger vehicle so we hired a VW Transporter which was excellent. We used it for a week and made a couple of trips to more remote places, one of which was the castle at Asklipio which provides excellent views especially for the sunset, the track to the castle is steep and rugged but the van was more than a match for the task. The village itself is very unspoilt but has a few friendly bars if you wanted to eat or drink.
