Pros: The service we received was excellent

Cons: The car had an awful lot of scratches and nicks in the paintwork, and a panel at tthe rear under the bumper was prone to dropping. There was no water in the windscreen washer and the remote key fob did not work because the battery was most likely flat.

Pros: Efficient and allowed time for you to take own photos of car before and after rental. Easy collection and drop-off (once you find the correct bays)

Cons: The car we had did not have reversing sensors or central locking - just took me back to my driving test days. Although yhe car was able and good sized.

Pros: I got the best car out of the 3 bookings we had. Although mine did have a faulty front driver side sensor.

Cons: We were a big group and had 2 other bookings that didn't go so well! 1 of those bookings was given a car that was not very nice, you could see sweat stains on the seats and it had funky smell. They were given a upgraded car which was better and allowed to add a second driver for no extra cost. The other booking was given a car that the boot sensor kept going off even though the boot was closed. They waited ages for a replacement vehicle, finally got a 9 seater which one of the doors fell off.

Pros: Nice friendly staff

Cons: Every panel on the car was damaged, the front left indicator bulb blown on collection. No liquid in washer bottle, stained seats, not checked properly as we found a beach ball in the boot pit. Front right hand tyre completely bald.

Pros: Friendly, efficient, smartly attired, free coffee and water. You can take the car to Gozo @ no extra cost. The car was in great condition, perfect working order and clean.

Pros: cheap-ish

Cons: Main problem was that I specifically asked for "Full to Full" fuel policy but could only get "same to same". I was told that they never do Full to Full. Also I had to go back to the office twice after being given the car and before leaving the car park! Once because there was a warning light on the dash - I was told to ignore it; and once because the car park gates would not open. I was told this was an ongoing problem and I should keep pressing the intercom - what a waste of time!!

Pros: very little, almost nothing unfortunately.

Cons: *my booking was lost, I never recieved the confirmation email. *car was extremly dirty *Service lapm/light on the control panel was on all the time, every time I swich on the engine it bibs a few times. Weird sound of the engine. It's hard to believe that this car was serviced. 1/4 of the tank/fuel on arrival! Person who give us the car couldn't tell us what is exact capacity of tank.. Very unprofesional! All Together has been reported to Sicily by car twice. I never recieved any response....
