Pros: The Rent-A-Star colleagues at the renters premises were all super helpful, polite and efficient. Our car was fully prepared and ready to go. Very happy with the service and the car, would definitely rent from them again.

Cons: No representative at the airport, no way of contacting the company - they really need a permanent desk / landline telephone in the terminal for travellers to contact them.

Pros: They promote a premium service but that’s only because they only rent Mercedes which are considered premium cars and even that you get the lowest end of their models, still good cars though but this is not a premium rental at all, save yourself some money and time and find another rental

Cons: Dropping off the car was terrible. They almost made me loose my flight. There were two other people who had to get on a taxi or risk loosing their flights. They only had one agent handling so many drop offs. They also ended up charging me twice for out of hours delivery and now I have to chase them to get the money back wasting my time and money.
