Pros: Flight delayed by two hours, said they only allowed 1 hour but sorted the car rental.

Cons: Very pushy on there Insurance , and was a little over the top on the hard sell , obviously commission based , if the insurance was more reasonable I would probably bought it off them but at 4 times the cost on a uk policy why would you.

Pros: I received a free upgrade from Renault Clio to seat Leon with CNG as fuel, so I spent half the money on fuel compared to petrol during my trip. Also the staff was very pleased and helpful. When I returned the car I had no issues as well!
