Pros: Friendly service & everything was explained about the car hire & protection
Cons: It’s not like I did not like it however I did not receive my driving licence as I shall be returning to the island shortly & do not want to pay again when the licence is in date.
Pros: It was all great.
Cons: I didn’t realise that we had paid a third party for fully comprehensive insurance and would have preferred to have paid the car hire company themselves. That was the only thing that was not clear when I was hiring. Thankfully we didn’t need to make a claim otherwise we would have had to pay the car hire company for any damage and then claim back from the third party.

Cons: Paid insurance twice which was not needed
Pros: I loved the communication. They called me on whatsapp with pick up details were verified so I would have a smooth pick up.
Cons: Just that I paid for full cover on discover cars but then had to pay more at the Go Rent a car counter as they said for them this wasn’t their full cover policy so that was an unfair hidden cost!
