Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the terminal through the nearest exit. Turn left and continue walking past the taxi rank for 150m until you reach the Long Term Parking P6, where the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle Bus will be waiting for you next to the "Meeting Point" sign. Minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closure, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by Shuttle Bus.

Pros: Speed of drop off was good

Cons: Took 90 minutes to pick up the car. 25 minutes in queue to speak to the agent, then no automatic available. They knew we were coming and when. Pretty poor.

Pros: Quick drop off

Cons: The car was supposed to be full deposit and return full deposit but it was not full. I emailed them and they confirmed to return the car at the same level I received it, but it is difficult to know how much petrol tu put. Inconvenient but not the end of the world.

Pros: Very helpful staff who tried to ensure the customer receives the car they booked.

Cons: The car booked wasn't available and although the car provided was appropriate it wasn't throughly cleaned. The interior windscreen was cloudy and the car smelled strongly of tobacco - I do not smoke and felt a bit sick. There was no point returning the car because no other similar cars were available. i had to drive with the windows open.

Cons: Took 30 minutes collection from airport. Also was told on phone the day before that a Revolut card could not be used but a credit card in my wifes name could be when in fact this was not the case.
