Cons: When we returned car, it felt like returns guys was going out of his way to find a scratch or bump on car, he was photographing the underside , luckily I had made a video when I collected it , and after some time agreed it was a pre-existing scratch.

Pros: It was very good value for money and very easy to navigate pick up and drop off.

Pros: Very Quick in Processing the rental and excellent value for money. Deposit was returned to credit card very fast!

Cons: The public toilets left a lot to be desired!

Pros: The coach service from the airport to the office of Budget and back was very good.

Cons: The lady who did the paper work to give us the car was not unfriendly but just did her job. We did not feel welcome.

Cons: Car technical condition, it had bad noises I had to contact a garage, which took quite some time and nerve from me. Also the tires were quite worn and mixed types of pattern worrying. It was a stressful start, but after that it worked out well.

Cons: Always a long wait to pick up car. Although I had booked and paid for a compact car I was offered a smaller one when I checked in. There was no issue when I declined, however I felt it was a bit cheeky.

Cons: I was allocated a 19 plate Vauxhall Astra. It had covered 125k km. There was a clutch judder when pulling away. I've mentioned this on a survey sent by Budget.

Pros: We used Budget back in 2019. The person dealing with us back then was just awful so we weren't particularly looking forward to dealing with them again. However, on this occasion, the various people we dealt with were so much more pleasant, friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons: Our Car wasn't ready when we arrived, it was being cleaned. On getting our car, we noticed it was severely marked/scratched therefore, I took several photos as didn't want to be held responsible for any of the marks/scratches. I did advise the member of staff at Budget of how badly marked the vehicle was to which she advised taking photos and said it was the only car available. Having said that, the car drove well and was economical so that was good.

Pros: they were really kind and upgraded our car following a problem with fellow travelers who forgot their driving license. It was quick, easy. They were great on return too after we had been involved in an accident (not our fault).

Cons: They wanted to charge £35 a day for insurance which is completely outrageous, greedy and takes advantage of customers who at that point have no other fully compliant insurance options… the cost would have been more than I pay for my annual insurance. The agent and her colleagues were not particularly pleasant to deal with when I complained. A tip for them would have been to empathise… they didn’t, they clearly showed that the didn’t care. it would put me off ever using budget again

Cons: The car was not worth the rental cost. It was like a car from the 1980s. I booked a small car - would have expected Ford Fiesta, VW Polo, Kia Rio. Dachia was some kind of sub brand and not suitable for modern driving.

Pros: The email about directions for returning the car made much sense than directions from office and leaflet.

Cons: Perhaps a lack of understanding the dublin accent, but did not understand clearly the directions for collecting the key initially. The staff were helpfulish, seemed rather a lack of. Left rather unclear about how to return car. The full to full deposit seemed punative with 147 Euro if not returned full. Seems blatant profiteering. The car had many scratches, apparently normal. But gave unnecessary hassle at start taking pictures and video at commencement of hire. Something probably would have do

Cons: Car had minor scratches all over the body but photos taken at time covered us, as they did for the inside. Inside was unvacuumed, some litter left in boot. Foot marks on rear of seats. Not too bad but I thought rentals were cleaner. No quibbles on return though which is good. We returned in better state than given.

Cons: All rental cars are a short bus ride away which means you have to factor in extra time for drop off.

Cons: Spent a long time waiting on a pre-ordered booster seat, rented a 7 seater and the back seats had not been set up, my family had to sit with the boot cover across their legs as there is nowhere to put it once the back seats are up and there was nobody available to talk to about this.

Cons: Contradictory automated information about drop of locations. I had paid for terminal drop off, but was sent an email advising of location and shuttle bus service.

Cons: The irrational prices during the booking process, we tend to book well in advance and at the point the prices were 3 to 4 times the prices we actually paid, at that point we were considering buying a car specially for this trip. Picking up the car, I felt the agent was rushing us away when we still had questions.

Cons: The instructions for dropping the car back were lacking in detail and I ended up in the departures drop off zone of Terminal 2 . I had to do another circuit to find the right lane to get to the drop off point
