Pros: It was a quick pick up but they only had one toddler car seat left and it wasnt in good condition so we were left with no option but to take it. We weren't shown to our car just given the keys in the office and told to find it in the carpark. The car was in fine condition, pretty basic but functional. Returning the car was easy, they met us at the carapace, checked it over and signed it off. I left my wallet inside, they say they'll post to me...waiting for it to be sent.

Cons: They didn't check the car over with us, they had us presign the contract before we saw the car and just asked us to send photos of we noticed extra issues. No help with showing us the lights or functions of the car etc. The fuel wasn't full but they had a full return policy. We emailed about it and it wasnt an issue on return but you have to check everything.

Pros: It's quite a trek from the airport and the office wasn't open when we got there at three, went next door. No instructions given on the car, which was fine but had absolutely no power.
